Welcome to the Digitaal BD Affiliate Program!
By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to follow the terms outlined below. Please read this document carefully.

1. 🎯 Program Overview

Digitaal BD offers a revenue-sharing affiliate program to allow you to earn commissions by promoting our GPL-licensed WordPress plugins, themes, and services. By referring customers through your unique referral URL, you earn 50% commission on qualifying purchases.

2. 📝 Registration Requirements

To join our affiliate program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.

• Provide accurate personal and promotional information.

• Own a valid website, blog, or social media presence.

• Not use spammy or misleading methods to promote.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without obligation to explain.

3. 💰 Commission Structure

• Rate: 50% of the total eligible purchase amount (excluding taxes & refunds).

• Cookie Duration: 30 days (last referrer credited).

• If a referred customer completes a purchase within 30 days, you’ll receive the commission — even if they return later (within that time window).

• You do not earn commission on your own purchases.

4. 🚫 Prohibited Practices

We do not allow affiliates to:

• Use misleading links or “cookie stuffing.”

• Run paid ads using our brand name (e.g., “Digitaal BD Coupon”).

• Impersonate Digitaal BD or misrepresent our brand.

• Use adult, hate, violence, or pirated content to promote our links.

Violation of these terms may lead to permanent removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. 🧾 Payouts & Minimum Threshold

• Payouts are made monthly via your provided payment email (e.g., PayPal).

• Minimum payout threshold: ৳500 BDT / $5 USD equivalent.

• Payments will be made only for approved & non-refunded orders.

• Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

6. 🕒 Refund Policy & Impact on Commissions

If a customer you referred receives a refund, the related commission will be reversed. We also reserve the right to hold commission payouts until the refund period ends (typically 7 days).

7. 🔒 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Violation of terms occurs.

• Account remains inactive for more than 6 months.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. 📢 Use of Branding & Content

You may use our logos, banners, and product descriptions for the purpose of promotion. However, you must not alter branding or claim any exclusive rights to our products/services.

We make no guarantees of income. Your success depends on your effort, marketing strategy, and audience. We reserve the right to change the affiliate program structure, commission rate, or terms at any time with notice.
